Hi and hello there!
My name is Muhamad Azlin (Azlin for short). Welcome to my online portfolio and thank you for dropping by! Please stay awhile, spare a few minutes of your time and take a look around.
I'm a designer specialising in editorial design, print design, illustration and photography. I was born and raised in the tropical island of Singapore and went to school just like many other kids. Throughout my education I have always shown interest in drawing and art and have always excelled in the artistic area of study. Beginning with doodles of armless oval shaped humans to winning a drawing competition at the Zoo. This led to me heading down the creative route in school, though I initially tried to choose a different path, which doesn't really worked out. I guess when the creative force is strong in the family there is only one way to go. I later went on to land my desired job and began working as a Graphic Designer in the field. And like what they say, the rest is history.
As you look through my work you may notice that I don’t really have a set “style” of any kind. You may call it lacking in identity, I call it designing for the specificated needs. Instead of working in one defined way or latching onto the latest “cool” trend I try and approach each project with a fresh perspective, making each project an original identity in its own right. The projects found in my body of work span an 8-year period from 2003-2011.
